Job summary

EOS in Novi, MI is seeking an Order Processing Specialist – Systems to own the full cycle of orders for systems and accessories, working cross-functionally to ensure accurate documentation and compliant processing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of order processing or similar operational experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to other corporate sites up to 3–4 times per year.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end processing of systems and accessories orders for domestic and international customers.
• Conduct formal reviews of system orders, contracts, and related sales documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate order preparation, shipping, and export/customs controls to ensure timely delivery with Sales, distributors, customers, and logistics partners.
• Manage payment terms, issue milestone invoices, and monitor payment status.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
• Prepare weekly reports on system order status and track departmental KPIs.
• Manage inventory for systems and accessories to support order fulfillment.
• Perform month-end processing tasks, including delivery notes and invoice reconciliation.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for order processing activities.
• Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
