Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end order processing from receipt to invoicing.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, Finance, Logistics to fulfill orders.
• Prepare and report KPIs to support decisions and improvements.
• Provide backup support for service center tasks.
