Job summary

Eaton’s IS AER FMC division in Los Angeles seeks a Supplier Performance Manager to lead global supplier performance for the Aerospace FMC network. You will partner with network planning, manufacturing facilities, and the Procurement Center of Excellence to drive on-time delivery and continuous improvement.

The role focuses on recovering underperforming suppliers, developing corrective actions, and ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders to meet customer commitments and program costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management.
• U.S. person per export regulations and able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Direct supplier recovery and corrective action planning.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align on performance targets.
• Lead material and supplier strategies within IPTs for program execution.
• Establish and maintain procurement processes per procedures.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and drive recovery plans.
• Drive procurement improvements using available tools.
