Job summary

The incumbent will train and develop direct reports, oversee local and central procurement alignment, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain using Lean/Six

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five (5) years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing/operations environment.
• Minimum four (4) years of supervisory/managerial experience.
• This position requires access to export-controlled information and U.S. person status.
• No immigration sponsorship or work authorization support will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage current and future demand with manufacturing and supplier capabilities to fulfill customer requirements.
• Implement cost-efficient material flow and inventory strategies across the supply chain.
• Lead plant purchasing activities for local items to complement central procurement.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to guide supply chain decisions.
• Ensure proper planning parameters and transaction disciplines in execution systems.
• Oversee material cost and schedule impact of engineering changes.
• Design and manage physical inventory audit methods.
• Drive continuous improvement using MMA, OPA, visual management and value stream mapping.
