Job summary

Eaton Corporation's AER MSD Mission System Division in Davenport, IA is seeking a Planning Lead to guide the IPT planning team and drive a reliable build schedule. You will partner with procurement and operations to optimize material flow, establish inventory targets, and lead the SIOP process to balance capacity and demand.

Qualified candidates have ERP/MRP experience and a track record of developing high-performing planners.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with manufacturing planning experience.
Minimum 3 years of ERP & MRP experience.
Must reside within 70 miles of Davenport, IA; relocation not offered.
U.S. work authorization; no sponsorship provided.
Experience leading planning teams and SIOP process.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop the planning team within the IPT and drive customer trust through quality and delivery.
Supervise planners daily and improve performance.
Lead material planning team with training and coaching.
Establish and monitor metrics for planning, inventory and delivery.
Lead IPT meetings and coordinate with procurement and operations.
Lead SIOP process to evaluate capacity and material availability.
Establish inventory levels and stocking plans.
