Job summary

Ravago in Twinsburg, OH seeks an experienced Customer Service / Sales Support professional to manage daily orders, provide pricing and product information, and coordinate with warehouses and the outside sales team. You will proactively inform customers about delays, handle inquiries, and ensure orders meet specifications.

The role requires strong detail orientation, English proficiency, and the ability to work cross-functionally to improve processes and data integrity.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
End-user knowledge of ERP system.
Detail oriented with multitasking skills.
Proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

Process customer orders, drop ships and requests.
Provide product information, pricing and availability to customer.
Proactively inform customers of delays, opportunities, and issue resolutions.
Ensure customer specifications are met with each order.
Maintain and update all customer pricing including monthly price sheets.
Handle customer complaints and escalate as needed, with ongoing communication on resolution.
Schedule carriers for customer orders.
Coordinate with outside warehouses to ship on time and in full.
Receive and upload bill of lading documents for invoicing purposes.
Answer incoming phone calls.
