Job summary

Ravago Americas is seeking an Export Compliance Coordinator to ensure that all transactions comply with U.S. export regulations, sanctions requirements, and internal policies.

You will guide multiple business units on export controls, screening, documentation, EEI filings, and related trade compliance tasks. The role partners with Operations, Logistics, Customer Service, Procurement, and Finance to build strong compliance processes, perform risk assessments, and support policy improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3+ years of experience in Export Compliance or related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review export transactions for compliance with U.S. export regulations.
• Review, file, and audit EEI filings when required.
• Screen denied parties and sanctions using relevant regulatory guidance.
• Provide guidance on Incoterms, export documentation, and country-of-origin considerations.
• Assist in evaluating complex international transactions with customers, distributors, and freight forwarders.
• Support compliance reviews and implementation of export controls and internal procedures.
