Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily activities of Shipping & Receiving Coordinators.
• Assist with training and cross-training of staff.
• Verify order quantities and customer requirements for accuracy.
• Prepare shipping documentation (COA, invoices, Bills of Lading, packing lists).
• Update End of Month Reports during order processing.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and dock scheduling.
• Direct drivers to loading/unloading areas and coordinate trailer placement.
• Maintain ISO documentation and assist with corrective actions.
