Job summary
State Street is seeking an experienced Middle Office Product Solutions lead for the End to End Solutions Enablement team in a VP capacity. The role drives strategic and tactical, product-led outcomes across client engagements, aligning product, commercial, operations, and technology stakeholders.
The successful candidate will leverage 12+ years in financial services leadership to deliver scalable solutions, manage client discussions, and influence without direct authority while navigating
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of financial markets, asset servicing, investment operations, and operating models.
- 12+ years in financial services in a leadership/transformation role.
- Experience in client solutioning, program leadership, product management, or consulting within financial services.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end engagement to define and socialise tactical and strategic solutions across front-, middle-, and back-office.
- Articulate current-state offering, roadmaps, and aspirational capabilities to clients and stakeholders.
- Translate objectives into operating model vision and delivery strategy; coordinate across product, commercial, operations, and technology teams.
