Job summary

State Street is seeking an experienced Middle Office Product Solutions lead to drive both tactical and strategic, product-led initiatives across client engagements. As a senior product lead, you will socialize requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial markets, asset servicing, investment operations, and technology-enabled operating models across front-, middle-, and back-office functions
• 12+ years in financial services presently in a leadership role
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder engagements involving strategic clients, commercial objectives, and enterprise-wide coordination
• Willingness and ability to travel as required

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end engagement to define, socialize and execute tactical and strategic solutions
• Articulate sound reasoning behind tactical builds and demonstrate a clear path to strategic outcomes
• Align across product, commercial, operations, and technology stakeholders
• Partner with client lead and program team on client-facing discussions and negotiations across Middle Office functions
• Translate client objectives into operating model vision and pragmatic delivery strategy
• Collaborate with product, commercial, operations, and technology teams for a coordinated approach
• Drive structured problem-solving across front-, middle-, and back-office processes
• Develop interim, transitional, and target-state solution concepts
• Navigate the organization to identify decision-makers and remove obstacles
• Develop concise materials for executive decision-making and governance
• Ensure all solutioning and engagement activities comply with legal, regulatory, risk, and internal policy requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve consistency and repeatability in client engagements
