Job summary

State Street is seeking a Vice President, Private Credit and Structured Product Solutioning Lead to advance our asset servicing capabilities. You will own the end-to-end Private Credit platform and collaborate with commercial and operating teams to deliver superior client outcomes.

You will guide go-to-market strategy, develop solutions for complex clients, and coordinate with global teams to exploit cross-asset financing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Business or Accounting preferred)
• 7+ years experience desirable; Private Credit and/or Structured Product experience
• Critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills
• Demonstrable experience managing projects and collaborating across teams

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise and end-to-end Private Credit strategy
• Drive solutions with global teams and ensure critical design assumptions are explored
• Research and market analysis to capture competitor intelligence and industry trends
• Partner with business development and relationship management to build a robust pipeline and respond to RFI/RFPs
