Job summary

Torrey Holistics seeks a Customer Experience & Project Coordinator in Indianapolis to support end-to-end customer engagement and project execution. You will serve as the primary contact from quote through delivery, coordinating with sales, operations, and logistics to ensure seamless execution.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer service or project coordination, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or project coordination.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
• Comfortable working across departments in a collaborative environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Partner closely with sales to support bids, quotes, and order execution.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with operations, production, purchasing, and logistics teams.
• Manage project timelines, delivery schedules, and customer communications.
• Support quoting activities including freight, load planning, and installation coordination.
• Drive a high-touch, responsive customer experience while meeting deadlines.
