Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, administration, or coordination roles.
• Bilingual candidates are preferred; Spanish would be nice.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a day-to-day contact for customer inquiries and requests.
• Assist in coordinating project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
• Process customer orders accurately and maintain customer and order information.
