Job summary

L'Oréal USA, Inc is seeking an Order to Delivery Analyst in Cranbury, NJ to manage end-to-end order flows for key accounts and drive logistics improvements. The role partners with Sales, Supply Chain, and IT to prevent delivery roadblocks and optimize reporting using Excel, SAP or PowerBI.

You will analyze data, communicate findings to stakeholders, and contribute to KPI improvements in a fast-paced environment. Authorization to work in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• Mastery of data analytics (Excel pivot tables, vlookups; SAP/PowerBI is a plus).
• Strong communication skills to synthesize issues for diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, team-oriented attitude for a fast-paced environment.
• Completed college degree in Supply Chain/Logistics preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States full-time without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order flows for key accounts from receipt to shipment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and IT to prevent delivery roadblocks.
• Leverage Excel, SAP, or PowerBI to optimize reports and support decisions.
• Conduct root-cause analyses to boost delivery KPIs and continuous improvement.
