Job summary

L’Oréal is seeking an Order to Delivery Analyst in Cranbury, NJ to own end-to-end order flows for key accounts and streamline logistics.

You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and IT, manage order lifecycles from receipt to shipment, and use Excel, SAP or Power BI to improve reports and decisions.

This role requires data analytics skills, strong communication, a pro-active team mindset, and a college degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Mastery of data analytics (Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and SAP/Power BI is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to synthesize issues for stakeholders.
• Proactive, team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Completed college degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or related field.

A Day in the Life

Reporting to the Order to Delivery Manager, you will manage end-to-end order flows for key accounts and lead initiatives to streamline our logistics processes.

• Order Management: Secure order lifecycles from receipt to shipment, resolving blocks.
• Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and IT to prevent delivery roadblocks.
• Analytics: Leverage Excel, SAP, or PowerBI to optimize reports and support decisions.
• Continuous Improvement: Conduct root-cause analyses to boost delivery KPIs.

We Are Looking For

An analytical self-starter with a growth mindset. You bring:

• Mastery of data analytics (Excel pivot tables, vlookups; SAP/PowerBI is a plus).
• Strong communication skills to synthesize issues for diverse stakeholders.
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude ready for a fast-paced environment.
• A completed College Degree (Supply Chain/Logistics experience preferred).
