Job summary

L’Oréal USA in Clark, NJ is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to analyze and develop growth initiatives for our Consumer Products Division retailers. You will monitor the marketplace, perform assessments, and define strategies with cross-functional teams to improve service and reduce costs.

The role requires strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, experience with data management and SAP, and the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization. Hybrid work up to 2 days/week is available.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business or Supply Chain required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and retrieve data to support recommendations for growth opportunities and performance.
• Serve as liaison between field commercial team, finance, supply chain, and retailers.
• Provide forecasting support to align shipments and consumption.
• Develop customized strategies to improve service levels and reduce costs.
• Ensure efficient product flow from supplier to customers and communicate gaps.
