Job summary

L’Oréal is seeking a Manager, Customer Supply Chain in Clark, NJ to analyze and develop initiatives that grow our Consumer Products Division retailers. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate at all levels to drive change across the Customer Supply Chain organization.

The role requires a BA/BS in Business or Supply Chain, deep supply chain experience, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills; SAP is preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business or Supply Chain.
• Highly experienced in Supply Chain.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; relational databases; SAP preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop initiatives to grow retailers for the Consumer Products Division.
• Monitor marketplace opportunities, perform assessments, and define strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional priorities and drive execution with internal and external partners.
• Communicate effectively at all levels to influence change within Customer Supply Chain.
• Lead projects for efficiencies, improved service, and business growth.
