Evolving Solutions in Medina, MN is seeking an Order Management Specialist to oversee the order-to-invoice lifecycle. Responsibilities

• Oversee the order-to-invoice lifecycle for client orders.
• Handle order processing, distributor and vendor coordination, ETA management, issue resolutions, and invoicing readiness.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, distributors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate processing and timely invoicing.
• Ensure orders maintain accurate delivery dates and proactive communication with clients.
• Create order-related records to support downstream contract administration and asset tracking.
• Ensure orders are invoicing-ready and provide visibility into revenue timing.
• Deliver high level of service to clients, partners, and internal teams.
