Qualifications

• Associate’s orBachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, customer service, or related field
• 2–5+ years in order management, customer service, or related role
• Experience processing high volumes of customer orders with high accuracy
• Proficiency in SAP ERP and order management systems; strong Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order processing for key Work Industrial customers.
• Serve as primary customer service contact for order status and updates.
• Coordinate with sales, production, planning, sourcing and shipping teams.
• Monitor order flow from receipt to shipment and invoice.
• Investigate and resolve order-related issues and delays.
