Job summary

Vibram Corporation in the United States seeks an Order Management Specialist to oversee end-to-end order fulfillment for key customers. You will entry orders, validate pricing, confirm, and drive on-time delivery while serving as the primary contact for order status and issue resolution.

You will coordinate with sales, production, planning, sourcing and shipping to ensure accurate execution, monitor flows to proactively resolve delays, and report on service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in business, supply chain, customer service, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2–5+ years in order management, customer service, sales support, or related role.
• Experience handling high volumes with accuracy and strong service levels.
• Proficiency with ERP (SAP) and order management systems; strong MS Excel skills.
• Clear communication with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order processing for key Work Industrial customers, including entry, pricing validation, confirmation, and on-time fulfillment.
• Serve as primary contact for order status, delivery updates, product availability, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with sales, production, planning, sourcing and shipping to ensure timely, accurate execution.
• Monitor order flow from receipt through shipment and invoice; identify delays or discrepancies.
• Interact with operations to track production progress on the factory floor.
• Communicate inventory, lead times, and shipment schedules to customer service and manage expectations.
• Investigate and resolve order-related issues including delays, backorders, returns, and billing concerns.
• Process order modifications, cancellations, and expediting requests while balancing needs.
• Support sales and customer service with order updates and account information.
• Generate and analyze reports to monitor service levels, accuracy, and fulfillment performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, customer requirements, and quality standards.
• Build strong customer relationships through responsive communication and problem solving.
• Utilize ERP and order management systems to manage orders, inventory visibility, and shipment tracking.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
