You will work across logistics, sales, and customer service to provide data-driven updates and maintain clear visibility. Experience in operations or supply chain, strong Excel skills, and a proactive mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, fulfillment, or supply chain roles.
• Intermediate in Spreadsheets (formulas, pivot tables, data reporting).
• Excellent communication skills with external partners.
• Strong organizational skills under high-volume periods.
• Proactive ownership mindset; spot problems early.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of order processing, routing, and shipping for your retail partnership.
• Ensure shipments adhere to retailer requirements and routing guides; flag gaps early.
