Jobtailor is seeking a Logistics Project Manager in the United States to lead logistics and supply chain initiatives from start to finish, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

The role requires 3+ years in transportation planning or project cargo, SAP knowledge, and strong data analysis skills, with travel as needed and a focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (3–5 years) required.
• 3+ years’ experience in transportation planning/project cargo required.
• Ability to read and understand scopes of work and MSA contracts.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations for different countries and compliances.
• Experience with cost models and/or cost analysis.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and oversee logistics and supply chain projects from initiation to completion.
• Streamline operations and manage cross-functional teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods while optimizing costs and efficiency.
• Oversee the entire process for assigned logistics projects.
• Manage contractors, costs, budgets, permits, routes, transportation tool returns, project-site deliveries, and vessel operations.
• Collaborate with transportation suppliers, procurement, and internal stakeholders.
