Job summary

Jobtailor in Houston, TX is seeking a senior Project Logistics leader to own and grow strategic customer relationships. You will develop multiyear account plans and drive commercial negotiations across international logistics, including cross-border, multimodal, and heavy lift operations.

The role requires 10+ years in international supply chain, strong P&L and negotiation skills, and a proven track record leading key accounts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
10+ years of experience in international supply chain and logistics.
5+ years of experience in commercial negotiations.
5+ years of network management experience.
Minimum 5 years in a key account leader role in international supply chain and logistics.
Understanding of compliance and global commerce knowledge.

Responsibilities

Own and grow commercial relationships with strategic project-logistics customers.
Develop and execute multiyear Project Logistics Account Plans.
Provide project pipeline visibility, commercial strategy, escalation paths, and relationship mapping.
Lead commercial negotiations involving rates, surcharges, incoterms and contract changes.
Manage customer P&L, revenue forecasting, and pricing discipline.
Ensure project execution readiness through SOP development and safety alignment.
Lead customer reviews covering performance, incidents, financials, and actions.
Coordinate with Regions, Procurement, Sales, Engineering, and Global Project Logistics.
