The Project Lead position is pivotal for successfully implementing new business ventures within our logistics operations in the United States. You will steward cross-functional teams through every phase, from kickoff to execution, ensuring on-time delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Our ideal candidate has 5+ years in logistics-related project management, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication. Travel up to 50% and a PMP certification are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional teams across Engineering, IT, Operations, HR, QA, Transportation, Security, Legal, and Finance through the full PM lifecycle.
• Create and maintain project structure and documentation.
• Define roles and responsibilities and align with goals.
• Develop project plans and ensure milestones are met.
• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Conduct risk analysis and cost control; monitor budgets.
• Manage client and external stakeholder communications.
• Implement standardized PM tools and templates.
