Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Planning, or related functions
• Proven success leading cross-functional projects with measurable results
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver)
• Experience in project governance and value realization tracking
• Ability to influence and deliver results in a global matrix
• Experience with product cost management, budget management, and business case development
• Experience/training/certification in digital analytics or data-driven decision-making tools
• Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Agile, or related certifications
• Experience in regulated industries (Medical Device, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences) and managing global teams

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of platform strategic supply chain projects and workstreams
• Identify interdependencies and proactively manage risks
• Track progress against milestones, KPIs, and value realization targets
• Develop planning deliverables including timelines, budget trackers, risk logs, and governance
• Partner with Finance to ensure transparency of benefits and tracking of value realization
• Drive alignment across value stream leaders and cross-functional teams
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership
• Establish dashboards and KPIs to measure initiative performance and impact
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and other operational excellence methodologies
