Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Experience with vendor or carrier performance management.
• Ability to connect logistics activity to cost, service, risk, and customer impact.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and relationship-management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of global logistics strategy across carriers and 3PL providers.
• Direct and support quarterly business reviews with agendas, scorecards and follow-ups.
• Develop and manage logistics partner collaborations and service upgrades.
• Own systemic carrier issues and drive sustained improvement.
• Serve as expert for TMS onboarding for external carriers.
• Analyze transportation data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Manage contracts, RFPs, and rate reviews.
• Develop SOPs, process maps, and governance documents.
• Coordinate central initiatives across regional teams.
• Develop TMS knowledge and cross-train the team.
