Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a results-driven program manager to lead warehousing and logistics tooling across U.S. sites. You will define requirements, manage tool selection and integration, and drive adoption while ensuring compliance and scalable processes.

Responsibilities include coordinating with partners, managing vendors, and developing KPI reports to improve cycle time, inventory accuracy, and freight costs. Travel to warehouses and data centers in the US may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing warehouse or logistics operations for physical goods, including receiving, inventory control, and outbound shipping.
• Hands-on experience using and designing warehouse management and inventory management systems.
• Comfort working in spreadsheets to analyze inventory and shipment data.
• Experience managing third-party logistics providers or carriers, including negotiating service levels and holding vendors accountable.
• Working knowledge of domestic freight (LTL, FTL, and parcel) and related documentation.
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory requirements for shipping and storing IT or electronic equipment, including hazardous materials rules for lithium batteries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams and external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to build processes from scratch and keep operations reliable as volume and complexity increaseAbility to travel to warehouse and data center sites in the US as needed.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
• Relevant field of study demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.
• Preferred: experience handling data center or enterprise IT hardware, including servers, GPUs, accelerators, and networking equipment
• Preferred: experience with international freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and export control requirements such as EAR
• Preferred: experience with secure chain-of-custody programs, asset tagging, and data-bearing device sanitization or destruction
• Preferred: experience directly managing warehouse staff or contract labor
• Preferred: familiarity with ERP or procurement systems and inventory data flows
• Preferred: experience with Agile development and frontier AI tools
• Preferred: experience supporting rapid infrastructure buildouts in cloud, telecom, or other hardware-intensive industries

Responsibilities

• Define key requirements for new capabilities with partner teams.
• Own program management, selection, and implementation of warehouse, inventory, and transport management tools.
• Integrate tools with internal and external systems.
• Enable expansion to new geographies through tools, processes, SOPs, and data.
• Conduct RFPs and drive tool selection or development according to business requirements.
• Ensure third-party vendor tools integrate with Anthropic's architecture and meet compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct testing and drive adoption of new processes and tools.
• Manage risks and timely implementation.
• Develop and enhance reports on receiving cycle time, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, and freight cost.
• Use operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Report to the Global Warehousing and Logistics Lead.
