Job summary

Port Jersey Logistics Network is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Baytown, TX to serve as the primary contact between customers and the warehouse. You will handle order processing, billing, invoicing, and proactive communication with internal teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end experience.

Ideal candidates will have strong organizational and communication skills, with familiarity in WMS/TMS systems and customer portals.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience in logistics, distribution, or warehouse environments preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure with strong organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers by phone or email to address inquiries and provide timely updates.
• Enter and process customer orders in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Prepare and review order-related paperwork and ensure accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with Transportation and Operations to schedule and expedite shipments when needed.
• Verify invoices and ensure proper billing, supporting discrepancies with internal teams.
