Job summary

OpenLoop is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist to own the end-to-end flow from order placement to patient delivery. You’ll replace manual reconciliation with scalable, instrumented workflows and partner with Product and Engineering to build the tooling that eliminates manual work.

You will drive cross-functional resolution with Licensing, Credentialing, and pharmacy partners, and you’ll define metrics and runbooks to scale fulfillment quality as volume grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in fulfillment, logistics, or operations with end-to-end process design.
• Track record diagnosing bottlenecks and building scalable processes.
• Experience partnering with Product/Engineering to translate problems into tooling.
• Strong cross-functional influence; drive urgency and accountability.
• High attention to detail in order management, tracking, and tickets.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accountability for order flow: order placed → received by pharmacy → shipped → delivered to patient.
• Own and drive down the order exception queue; diagnose root cause across licensing, provider-state coverage, system/API, and address-validation failure modes.
• Replace manual order-reconciliation with standardized, scalable workflows.
• Define and own process for carrier delivery exceptions to ensure timely patient delivery.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to specify tooling that automates order triage, status visibility, and exception handling.
• Drive cross-functional resolution with Licensing & Credentialing, Product/Engineering, and pharmacy partners.
• Build metrics, runbooks, and reporting to make fulfillment quality visible as volume scales.
