Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to own the end-to-end processing for a key retail partnership, from order placement to shelf. You will keep shipments compliant, on time, and free of surprises, acting as the connective tissue between retail partners, strategic partners, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, fulfillment, or supply chain roles.
• Intermediate in spreadsheets (formulas, pivot tables, data reporting).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with external partners.
• Strong organizational skills under high-volume conditions.
• Proactive ownership mindset to spot and resolve issues before they arise.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of order processing, routing, and shipping for the assigned retail partnership.
• Track orders from placement through delivery and resolve issues to prevent delays.
• Ensure shipments adhere to retailer-specific requirements and routing guides; flag gaps early.
• Serve as primary contact for strategic partners, coordinating production schedules and shipping timelines.
• Provide data-driven visibility and collaborate with logistics, sales, and customer service to keep everyone aligned.
