Job summary

Weber Blackstone is seeking a Customer Fulfillment Analyst to provide end-to-end logistics solutions and exceptional customer service for Home Improvement, eComm and Mass Merchant customers. You will partner with sales leadership to deliver optimal delivery solutions, inventory management, and efficient ordering processes.

The role emphasizes cost-to-serve optimization, dashboards, and proactive carrier performance monitoring, with a strong focus on customer advocacy and engagement.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: 4 year degree in supply chain management or business administration or 5+ years relevant experience.
• Professional Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in a fast-paced consumer products company in a customer-engaging supply chain performance role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end customer service and ensure cost, fill rate, and on-time delivery.
• Execute best value supply chain initiatives to optimize cost to serve.
• Engage with customers and align with internal teams on service levels and compliance.
• Coordinate internally with Inventory planning, Distribution operations, and Logistics to meet expectations.
• Support new product launches, promotional quantities, and direct-to-customer shipping needs.
• Create and manage shipment proposals and optimize cost-to-serve improvements.
• Monitor third-party carrier performance and service levels.
