Responsibilities

• Own the shipment and customer relationship from quote to final delivery.
• Manage quoting, booking, pickup, and delivery.
• Communicate pricing, capacity, updates, delays, and service concerns with customers.
• Negotiate rates with shippers and carriers to optimize profitability.
• Source and secure qualified carrier capacity.
• Book, dispatch, and track active shipments.
• Resolve missed appointments, service failures, capacity issues, and other freight problems.
• Maintain accurate shipment information in the TMS.
• Build and maintain strong customer and carrier relationships.
• Retain and grow existing accounts and identify growth opportunities.
