Job summary

Databricks is seeking an Customer Enablement Architect to design and lead enablement programs across Australia and New Zealand, partnering with Sales, Delivery, and Operations to tailor learning solutions for customers.

You will balance strategic customer engagement with program execution, translating outcomes into practical learning plans and capability roadmaps while engaging with executives internally and externally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Customer Enablement, Talent Transformation, Training, Customer Success, Consulting, or managing a book of business.
• Hands-on Builder Mindset: track record of designing, building, and deploying prototypes, automation tools, or technical apps.
• Experience creating and leading enablement programs with Sales and technical teams to deliver customer outcomes.
• Experience in Big Data, AI, Data Science, cloud platforms, or enterprise technology, with the ability to understand technical curricula and certifications.
• Strong customer and executive engagement skills: discovery, stakeholder management, presentation, facilitation, ambiguity navigation.
• Commercial & Business Insight: connect technical skills to P&L levers, influence renewals/expansions, collaborate with sales on account planning.
• Experience operating across ANZ markets, strong operational discipline, willingness to travel.
• Experience with technical solutioning or building tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead customer enablement and talent-transformation programs across ANZ.
• Partner with Sales, Field Engineering, Training Delivery, and Operations to tailor learning solutions.
• Coordinate scheduling, communications, program quality, and execution of customer development plans.
• Report on training bookings, revenue, learners, credentials, and adoption; translate insights into field actions.
• Engage with senior leaders and executives to voice customer priorities and guidance.
• Identify capability gaps and propose targeted enablement interventions.
