Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Customer Enablement Architect to own the commercial success of our training and enablement portfolio across the Americas. This role partners with Sales, Field Engineering, and Professional Services to position the value of Databricks training, develop enterprise learning plans, and drive talent transformation with strategic accounts.

You will diagnose skill gaps, build tailored enablement roadmaps, and ensure customers realize the full value of the Databricks platform

Qualifications

• Proven track record of selling and implementing learning solutions into enterprise accounts.
• Deep understanding of the Americas enterprise landscape and driving training adoption.
• Strong background in program management, enablement strategy, and learning & development design.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of customer training programs—from discovery and design through execution and post-program analysis.
• Translate customer goals into tailored enablement programs that accelerate transformation and ROI.
• Deliver high-quality, blended learning experiences (virtual, classroom, and on-demand) with measurable outcomes.
• Track and report enablement success metrics, including adoption, renewal influence, and revenue impact.
• Mentor colleagues across the Learning & Enablement organization to share best practices.
