Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Customer Enablement Architect based in the United States to drive the commercial success of our training and enablement portfolio across the Americas.

You will collaborate with Sales, Field Engineering, Professional Services, and Scaled User Enablement to position the value of Databricks training and certification programs as a strategic investment in each customer’s data and AI journey.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of selling and implementing learning solutions into enterprise accounts, with quota carrying experience.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and gain buy-in for training as a critical lever of digital transformation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial success of Databricks' training and enablement portfolio across the Americas.
• Partner with sales and customer success to position learning as a key lever of adoption, renewal, and expansion.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of customer training programs—from discovery to post-program analysis.
