Job summary

ASM Research seeks an EN Payment Technician to process Employment Network payments under SSA’s Ticket to Work program. You will respond to EN inquiries, review reimbursements, and help execute automated payments using the iTOPSS system.

The role requires meticulous data entry, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple cases under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required and Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Data entry experience is required.
• Experience with SSA’s Ticket to Work program preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to switch between systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to EN payment inquiries and provide policy clarifications.
• Evaluate and review reimbursement and cost requests for timely compensation.
• Assist in automated payments using the iTOPSS system.
• Ensure all payment processing meets SLAs and performance requirements.
• Provide ENs with updates to support timelines and documentation.
• Inform ENs of additional services to improve outcomes.
• Prepare reports by analyzing payment activity and metrics.
• Maintain quality service by following organizational standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor actions affecting payments.
• Handle data entry and analysis as part of daily tasks.
