Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks an EN Payment Technician to process Employment Network payments under SSA’s Ticket to Work program. You will work with the Senior Payment Specialist to ensure timely, accurate payments and provide guidance on payment policies, requirements, and procedures.

The role requires proactive, collaborative work in a fast-paced environment, with strong data entry skills and familiarity with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Data entry experience required or strongly preferred.
• Experience with SSA’s Ticket to Work program is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to EN payment inquiries, policy clarifications, and procedural assistance.
• Evaluate and review reimbursements and cost requests for ENs and SVRAs to ensure timely compensation.
• Assist SSA in creating and executing automated payments using the iTOPSS system.
• Ensure all payment processing activities meet performance requirements and SLAs.
• Provide ENs with updates to support timelines and documentation standards.
• Inform ENs of additional services or actions to improve program outcomes.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing payment activity and performance metrics.
• Maintain professional knowledge by attending trainings and reviewing industry publications.
• Support team operations during peak payment volumes and processing demands.
• Handle data entry and analysis; stay updated on industry trends and competitor actions.
