Job summary

ASM Research e a federally focused technology firm seeks an EN Payment Technician to process Employment Network payments under SSA’s Ticket to Work. You will provide guidance to ENs on payment policies and procedures, working with the Senior Payment Specialist to meet contract deliverables with accuracy and urgency.

The role emphasizes proactive support, data entry, and routine reporting while staying current with industry practices and maintaining professional standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) preferred.
• Data entry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to EN payment inquiries, including status questions and policy clarifications.
• Evaluate reimbursement requests from ENs and SVRAs for accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist SSA in automated payments using the iTOPSS system.
• Ensure payments meet established SLAs and performance requirements.
• Prepare reports by collecting and summarizing payment activity and metrics.
• Maintain professional knowledge through training and industry publications.
