Job summary

All Native Group in Fort Indiantown Gap, PA seeks an Instructor/Operator – Paramedic to deliver high‑fidelity medical training in a Military Simulation Training Center. The role requires current medical credentials, operation of TADSS, and the ability to teach across classroom, lab, and field environments.

You will develop scenarios, perform equipment maintenance, document outcomes, and ensure training complies with contract standards.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have current medical certifications and be able to deliver emergency medical, tactical trauma, or combat casualty care training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TC3 training across all tiers and CLS CM CP populations.
• Develop and execute scenario-based training and certifications.
• Operate MSTC equipment and maintain training aids.
• Document, report, and track training outcomes and compliance.
• Maintain equipment and assist with preventive maintenance and inventory.
