AmeriPro Health LLC is seeking an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to provide essential Basic Life Support care and safe medical transport. You will perform patient assessments, deliver BLS interventions, and support Paramedics during emergency calls.

Qualifications

• EMT certification in good standing.
• Current NREMT certification if required by state.
• BLS CPR certification is required.
• Valid State driver’s license is required.
• FEMA IS certifications IS-100, IS-200, IS-700, IS-800 are preferred.
• Strong teamwork and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and provide BLS interventions (CPR, oxygen, bleeding control, splinting, vitals).
• Assist Paramedics by preparing equipment and performing delegated tasks during ALS calls.
• Monitor patient condition during transport and relay updates to the Paramedic/receiving facility.
• Complete accurate, timely electronic documentation of BLS care and patient interactions.
• Operate the ambulance safely and in accordance with driving standards.
• Maintain ambulance and equipment readiness through inspections and restocking.
• Perform stretcher operations and secure equipment for safe transport.
• Participate in required training and quality improvement activities.
