Job summary

AmeriPro Health LLC is seeking an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to deliver essential Basic Life Support and safe medical transport, supporting Paramedics and public safety partners. You will perform patient assessments, administer BLS care, and maintain readiness of ambulances and equipment.

Qualifications

• Must have EMT certification and valid state license.
• NREMT certification may be required by state.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and perform BLS care during transport.
• Assist Paramedics by preparing equipment and completing delegated tasks.
• Monitor patient condition and relay updates to receiving facility.
• Complete accurate electronic documentation of care and interactions.
• Operate ambulance safely following driving standards and regulations.
• Maintain ambulance and equipment readiness through inspections and restocking.
• Assist with stretcher operations and safe patient handling.
• Participate in training and quality improvement activities.
