AmeriPro Health LLC is seeking an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to provide essential BLS care and safe transport in emergency settings. You will assess patients, perform CPR, oxygen delivery, bleeding control, and vital signs monitoring while supporting Paramedics and public safety partners.

Qualifications

• Must hold active EMT certification/licensure in good standing.
• PHTLS and/or ITLS training completed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient with ambulance equipment and EMS documentation.

Responsabilités

• Conduct patient assessments and provide BLS interventions (CPR, oxygen, bleeding control, splinting, vital signs).
• Assist Paramedics by preparing equipment and performing delegated tasks during ALS calls.
• Monitor patient condition during transport and relay updates to the Paramedic or receiving facility.
• Complete accurate, timely electronic documentation of BLS care and patient interactions.
• Operate the ambulance safely per AmeriPro standards and regulations.
• Maintain ambulance/equipment readiness through inspections, cleaning, restocking, and reporting issues.
• Perform stretcher operations and safe lifting/moving of patients.
• Participate in required training and quality improvement activities to maintain EMT proficiency.
