Qualifications

• EMT certification and active state licensure.
• Current NREMT certification if required by state.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Proficient with EMS technology and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and provide BLS care during transport.
• Assist Paramedics by preparing equipment on ALS calls.
• Monitor patient condition and relay updates to receiving facility.
• Document care accurately in electronic records.
• Drive and operate ambulance following safety standards.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment readiness through inspections.
