Job summary

Priority OnDemand, LLC seeks an EMT to provide patient care in both emergency and non-emergency settings, ensuring compliance with Georgia EMS rules and keeping ambulance equipment in top condition. The role requires a valid GA EMT license, driver license, and ongoing mandatory training, with a six-month introductory probation.

Responsibilities include responding to calls, reporting, maintaining readiness, and adherence to policies and protocols while presenting a professional image on and off

Qualifications

• Knowledge of on-site emergency medical services and protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret medical terminology.
• Ability to read local maps and operate MDT/PCR systems.
• Capable of multitasking in fast-paced environments.
• Strong report writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all EMS calls from Central EMS as directed.
• Provide patient care per company policies and protocols.
• Daily ambulance/equipment checks; report deficiencies.
• Prepare reports including PCR, billing and incident reports.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations; report issues.
• Ensure in-service vehicles meet Georgia rules and licenses.
• Attend mandatory meetings and maintain readiness on duty.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct in uniform.
• Be self-motivated with minimal supervision; perform other duties.
