Job summary

Priority Ondemand in Roswell, GA seeks an EMT to provide on‑site patient care in emergency and non‑emergency settings. You will follow Georgia EMS regulations, maintain equipment, and keep required licenses up to date. A six‑month introductory probationary period applies.

Responsibilities include responding to calls, completing reports, and ensuring vehicle readiness while adhering to company policies and protocols. State driver’s license and in‑house training are mandatory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• State of Georgia EMT License required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• PHTLS or equivalent certification within 6 months of hire.
• EVOC or equivalent certification preferred.
• Current State of Georgia Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all calls for service from Central EMS.
• Provide care and treatment per company policy and protocols.
• Ensure ambulance and equipment are cleaned and checked daily.
• Prepare and complete PCR, billing, and incident reports.
• Ensure adherence to Central EMS policies and standards.
• Ensure vehicle in-service complies with laws and regulations.
• Attend mandatory meetings and maintain readiness and professionalism.
