Job summary

Priority OnDemand, LLC seeks an Advanced EMT to provide on-site patient care in the emergency and non-emergency settings in Georgia. The role ensures compliance with GA EMS rules, maintains equipment, and keeps licenses and certifications current.

A six-month introductory probationary period applies. Responsibilities include responding to calls, delivering care per protocols, reporting, and maintaining vehicle readiness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• State of Georgia EMT-A Certification.
• Basic Life Support Certification.
• PHTLS or equivalent certification (within 6 months of hire date).
• EVOC or equivalent certification.
• Current State of Georgia Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Respond to EMS calls as dispatched.
• Provide care according to company policy and protocols.
• Ensure ambulance and equipment are cleaned and checked daily.
• Prepare and complete PCR, billing, exposure and incident reports.
• Ensure unit and crew adhere to policies and standards.
• Confirm in-service vehicles comply with laws and regulations.
• Attend mandatory training and meetings.
• Maintain readiness and professional conduct on duty.
• Maintain professional appearance while in uniform.
• Perform additional duties as required.
