Job summary

Priority OnDemand, LLC in Savannah, GA, is seeking an EMT to provide patient care in both emergency and non-emergency settings. You will ensure EMS compliance with Georgia rules, maintain vehicle readiness, and complete required documentation. The role requires GA EMT licensure, BLS, and adherence to protocols.

Employer-sponsored AEMT & Paramedic training is available. You will report to supervision and participate in mandated trainings while maintaining professionalism and punctuality.

Qualifications

• Minimum EMT qualifications: EMT license in GA, high school diploma or GED, BLS, PHTLS or equivalent within 6 months of hire, EVOC preferred.
• Knowledge of local EMS protocols and standing orders. Ability to read maps and operate MDT/PCR systems.
• Strong report writing, documentation, and medical terminology skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all EMS calls as directed from Central EMS communications.
• Provide patient care per company policy and medical director protocols.
• Daily cleaning and inspection of ambulance and equipment; report deficiencies.
• Prepare and complete reports including PCR, billing, exposure and incident reports.
• Ensure adherence to Central EMS policies and standards; report deficiencies to supervision.
• Maintain readiness and professional appearance on/off duty.
• Attend mandatory trainings and meetings; follow established schedules.
• Perform other duties as required.
