Priority Ondemand in Newnan, GA is seeking an EMT to provide patient care in both emergency and non-emergency settings. The EMT will follow Georgia EMS rules, maintain licenses, and ensure equipment is clean and functional.

Position includes attending mandatory in-house training and a six-month introductory probationary period. Employer-sponsored AEMT & Paramedic training may be available to qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• EMT must hold valid Georgia EMT license and BLS certification.
• PHTLS or equivalent certification required within 6 months.
• Current Georgia driver’s license is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Respond to all EMS calls from Central EMS communications.
• Provide care and treatment per protocol and director’s guidance.
• Ensure ambulance and equipment are cleaned and checked daily.
• Complete PCR, billing, exposure, and incident reports.
• Ensure unit and crew compliance with policies and standards.
• Maintain readiness and professional appearance on/off duty.
• Perform additional duties as required.
