Job summary

Priority Ondemand is seeking a dedicated EMT to provide patient care in both emergency and non-emergency settings in Macon, GA. You will ensure compliance with Georgia EMS rules, maintain licenses, and attend mandatory in-house training. A six-month introductory probationary period applies.

Employer sponsored AEMT & Paramedic training is available, and you will support reporting and documentation, including PCR and billing, while upholding company policies and professional standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State of Georgia EMT license required.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
• PHTLS or equivalent certification within 6 months of hire.
• EVOC or equivalent certification preferred.
• Current State of Georgia Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all calls for service from Central EMS communications.
• Provide care and treatment per company policy and medical director protocols.
• Ensure ambulance and equipment are cleaned and checked daily; report deficiencies.
• Prepare and complete PCR, billing, and incident reports as required.
• Ensure crew adheres to Central EMS policies and standards and report deficiencies.
• Maintain readiness and professional appearance in uniform on/off duty.
