Qualifications

• EMT-B, EMT-A, EMT-I, EMT-P licenses required or active
• CPR and AED certification required
• FDA training for BioLife Medical Support Specialist completed
• Two years clinical or hospital setting experience required

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility including informed consent, medical history, and screening tests
• Manage donor adverse events per SOPs and arrange medical care
• Refer complex issues to Center Physician or Medical Affairs
• Support vaccination programs for employees as applicable
• Manage employee incidents and coordinate with EHS
• Act as Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS/Medical Affairs
